Welcome to Evergreen Lodge #166

Our next meeting: Monday, January 9, 2012. All masons are welcome to attend.

Who We Are

Evergreen Lodge is a long-established and well-respected member of the Edmonton Community.

We're a vibrant lodge, with a large and surprisingly varied membership. We have brethren of all ages, from young to old, and of all walks of life, from professionals, to blue-collar workers, and retirees.

As with all Masonic lodges, charity and community service form a large part of who we are and what we do. For example, many of our brethren have participated for several years in the annual River Valley Cleanup here in Edmonton. Through efforts like this, we are actively trying to make Edmonton a better, cleaner, more enjoyable place to live and work.

Evergreen Lodge is also proud to be a yearly contributor to the important work of Camp He-Ho-Ha, a local Edmonton charity providing summer camp experiences to children and adults with disabilities. And many of our members individually give to the Masonic Higher Education Bursary Fund, which helps many students who have the drive and desire to attend post-seconday education in Alberta but lack sufficient funding do to so.

But even with our charitable commitments, we still find time to get together for food and fun. We end each meeting with a great meal (and sometimes a drink or two) and better fellowship, and we end each year with an annual picnic which is always well-attended and enjoyed by all.

Meeting Place and Times

Regular meetings are held the second Monday of each month (except for June, July, and August). We are proud to call the beautiful and historic Freemasons' Hall our home. The Hall is located at 10318 - 100th Avenue, in the heart of downtown Edmonton, Alberta.
